Summary:
An Executive Sales Representative may have many different functions such as collects and interprets data to help a company take actionable steps to improve their performance and meet goals. Their duties include gathering company information and statistics, building charts and graphs to present results to executives and finding ways to improve a company’s efficiencies using gathering data.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The personnel of this position will be responsible to cold call - and organically contact in other ways - holistic health businesses (Health Food Stores, Chiropractors, Naturopathic Doctors, Acupuncturists, etc.) throughout the United States and allied countries to sell Root Tribez herbal combinations, detoxes, skin care and other products. Prepares sales forecast and collects and analyzes data to evaluate sales goals and other sales information. Conducts analysis and prepares reports regarding information such as order status, sales result, leads, sales quotas, and sales team earnings. Research and evaluate current economic conditions that may affect the organization’s ability to sell its products or services in the marketplace.

· Generate and review monthly compensation reports.

· Calculate commissions for sales reps

· Report commission payouts to payroll monthly and quarterly.

· Review sales activity and ensure they are captured in commission reports.

· Build and distribute summary reports for the sales department, finance department, and president.

· Analyze and propose improvements to existing compensation processes to drive efficiency gains.

· Perform analysis and model different commission scenarios.

· Develop and write sales compensation plans for new plan year, new hires, and changes.

· Maintain and update the current compensation system as the current plans changes.

· Daily interactions with sales to address questions related to compensation plans and commissions.

· Research and resolve all compensation related to sales team and management inquiries/disputes.

· The ability to work cohesively with sales, I.T., and Finance is necessary.

· Audit and reconcile all sales and commission data.

· Participate in the development of an analytics framework to objectively assess compensation plan performance and efficacy.
Education and Work Experience:
-
· Understanding the flow of data between interdependent systems, understanding areas where different touch points can impact data affecting compensation and identifying issues that may arise throughout each step of sales commission admin process.

· Microsoft Excel skills, create Pivot Tables, and Lookup Tables
-
· Capabilities to access database and have good understanding of SQL (1-2 yrs.).

· Using external excel sheets to categorize data (country to region mapping), doing aged calculations using current data versus created date and categorizing incidents using this information.

· Must be able to connect datasets and build interactive reports.

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Informatica, or Alteryx is optional.
