SHIPPING POLICY
All Root Tribez products are shipped using U.S.P.S. The refrigerated perishable products are shipped Priority Mail Express or Priority Mail. All other perishable and non-perishable products have Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail and First-Class Mail shipping options. International delivery times vary due to customs.

Return & Exchange Policy
We have a zero return/refund policy on all food based products. However we will work with each customer individually to ensure they are 100% satisfied with their purchase.

Most unopened non-perishable items sold by Root Tribez in new condition and returned within 14 days will be considered for a refund or exchange. Some items sold by a Root Tribez have a modified return policy noted on the receipt, packing slip, Root Tribez policy board (refund exceptions), RootTribez.com or in the item department. Items that are opened or damaged and/or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.
